RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective February 1, 2021

1. Returns and refunds shall be facilitated through ArtisteSpace.


2. User may seek to return and replace the purchased product for the following reasons:


a. The product delivered is damaged or incomplete;
b. The product delivered is different from the one specified in the site; and
c. The product delivered is not the one ordered by the buyer;


3. The merchant shall replace or rectify the purchase in any of the above instances within 7 days from notice from buyer. Merchant shall also rectify the failure to deliver any purchased good within 7 days from notice from buyer.

4. Buyer may choose to refund his or her payment if merchant cannot replace or rectify the purchase.
